With COVID almost behind us, we're starting to test again. Please contact Dan (see phone below) to get the current list of testing dates and locations. We generally test at: First Presbyterian Church, Room 304, 300 W. Wayne St. Fort Wayne, IN. Park in lot at corner of Webster and Berry Streets on the north side of the church, but this is subject to change.
$60 and photo ID required. Must be age 14 or older.
No charge if using voucher from a Mensa friend.
Reservations or prior notification not necessary. Walk-ins welcome.
